The IGC Pre-sale is Coming – Details Inside!

Ladies and gentle-glovers, boys and girls of all light show worlds! It’s that time of year where we get you ready for the community’s landmark event, the International Gloving Championship, better known as IGC. This year marks the 5th annual IGC, and based on all the buzz we’re seeing, it’s going to to be the biggest.

If you’re planning on competing, do yourself a favor and memorize this next sentence:

The IGC Pre-sale will begin at 12PM (noon) PST this Thur., Aug. 13th, and it will run until Sun., Aug. 14th at 11:59PM PST. All tickets will be available here.

Update 8/13: All IGC Competitor tickets sold out one hour after launch. No more Competitor tickets will be released for sale at any time. If you would still like a chance compete, you must buy a Spectator Ticket and fill out the Waitist form at the bottom of the page. Thank you all!

And in case you missed our Save the Date announcement, this years IGC will be held in Southern California on Sat., Oct. 10.

Team [e] Socks is back as your IGC host this year – he’ll answer all your questions in this admittedly boring, yet important video below.

Just like last year, there will only be 128 competitor tickets available, and there is a good chance they will all sell out in this 2-day pre-sale. If you aren’t able to grab one in time and you want to sign up for the waiting list, you must first buy a spectator ticket. Spectator tickets may also sell out in the pre-sale, especially with the $5 discount!

Pre-sale ticket prices are discounted to $20 for competitors and $10 for spectators. In the following full ticket launch, they’ll each go up by $5, so that’s $25 for competitors and $15 for spectators. Plus, you’ll get a sweet merch discount.

If you’ve got some extra cash laying around, you’re in for a treat. We’ve got some sick VIP Spectator and VIP Competitor packages with all new perks… just wait and see!

I know you’ve got more burning questions. How do I get to Socal from out-of-state? What’s the deal with Legends? What’s the venue like? Can my grandma come? Will Teddy let me touch his beard if he loses? Will the hot bartender be back?

All will be answered very, very soon. For now, all that matters is that you get to your internet surfing devices at 12 p.m. PST this Thursday and be ready to buy your tickets.
